I have been a Mercedes-Benz owner since 1985.  I lived in Long Island until '95 and then moved to FL and now have a summer home in the Berkshires.  All during this time I have owned new Mercedes along the way.  I presently have four Mercedes-Benz.  Two are new and two are classic convertibles.  My service experience at Keeler Motor Car company was by far.....nothing ever came close, the best of any Mercedes-Benz dealer I have ever done business with in the past 25 years.  Great job!!!  This is also my first letter telling any dealer that their service was excellent!

In the Fall of 1999 I was fortunate enough to encounter one of your star sales persons, Dominique Cadet.  He sold me an E300D which I am still driving.  He made what is usually a trying experience, a real pleasure.  Mr. Cadet's breadth of knowledge, sensitivity and competence exemplifies a true professional.  He is a credit to your organization.  Most of all, his pleasant demeanor and willingness to help did not end after the sale was completed.  Whever I am at Keeler Mercedes-Benz and he sees me I am greeted warmly and he always asks if he can be of any assistance.  I wish there were more like him in the automobile industry.

Dear Mr. Keeler,
I wanted to tell you about the positive experience I had dealing with Lynn Larson in your Mercedes-Benz dealership.  I purchased a C300 4MATIC from Lynn in November, 2009.

I had visited your showroom earlier in the year.  lynn took us on a test drive of some automobiles, made her very polite sales pitch and we went on our way.  She followed up a few times but i wasn't ready and told her I'd be in touch.

Around November 19, 2009, I received an email from your comppany with a great offer.  I called up Lynn that day and told her I wanted the car.  She said, "Great, red or black?"

When I picked up my new Mercedes-Benz 2 days later, I arranged to meet with Lynn at a time of day when I hoped it would be a little sloer and she should take the time to show me how everything on the inside panel worked.  She was kind enough to show us everything we needed.

Lynn Larson is a true professional.  She is a great salesperson and is an asset to your team.  I made sure that each time I returned, it was to meet with Lynn.  I knew she was the person I wanted to do business with in your organization.

Dear Ms. Dunning,

I?d like to take a moment to thank Ms. Dana Bosco for providing excellent customer service over the past couple weeks. She exhibited a sense of professionalism and class particularly admirable for someone so new to the business.

I was interested in your 2005 Ford Five Hundred. On Saturday, Ms. Bosco took the time to accompany me on a test drive to my home to allow my wife and children to check out the car. It was one of those busy days where it was impossible to get everyone to Latham. Earlier today, Ms. Bosco and I took the car to an independent mechanic for an evaluation. These two trips certainly cost her opportunity to engage new walk-ins at the dealership. Nevertheless, Ms. Bosco was patient and pleasant and never hurried on either occasion.

 As it turns out, the mechanic noticed a few issues during today?s inspection that might run $600. Sales manager (Rich Fortune) held firm on the price, and I walked away without purchasing the car. These things happen.

 I?ve met sales representatives at other local dealerships in the past couple months, and from the perspective of a shopper, I?ve yet to come across another one as genuinely decent as Ms. Bosco.

 Just thought I?d share.
